Mazie's Mission

The Youngsville Sports Complex is proud to collaborate with Mazie’s Mission by having signs installed by the walking bridge and fishing pond located at the main entrance of the facility, as well as the Pixus Splash Park. Walkers, runners, and visitors will see the signs as a reminder to help prevent drowning by watching kids at all times. Adam and Heather Broussard of Mazie's Mission - Water Safety Awareness are bringing awareness to water safety in our community.

Mazie's Mission is to bring awareness, educate and promote water safety so that no family has to experience the loss of a child due to drowning.

We are a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization that advocates for all children who have been injured from or lost their lives too soon from drowning. Our goal is to provide awareness by educating the community on water safety, to collaborate with local partners to prevent infant and child drowning and ensure all children have access to swim lessons. Drowning is silent but we will not be.
